Stone is typically collected directly from our premises by your appointed stonemason. Where delivery is required, this can be arranged at an additional cost. Delivery pricing will be confirmed at the time of quotation.

Risk and responsibility for goods passes to the customer upon collection or delivery. We are not liable for any damage that occurs during transportation once goods have left our premises.

7. Payments

Payment is required in full prior to the release of any goods. We accept the following payment methods:

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the natural and unique characteristics of stone products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product delivered is materially different from what was agreed upon in writing at the time of purchase.

Claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be made within 48 hours of collection or delivery, with supporting photographic evidence. We will assess each claim on a case-by-case basis.

We are not liable for any costs associated with fabrication, installation, or labour incurred in connection with defective or incorrect products.
